Shipping Game Tables and Heavy Items
Freight delivery processes are a lot different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries which many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is super important that you read all the details regarding Shipping, Delivery & How to Receive Your Items by Freight. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Receiving Policies in their entirety.
Other smaller items will be sent via regular mail,which may be Fed EX , UPS or USPS. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
When you place your order, and item is in stock you will receive an order confirmation e-mail (within 24hrs). This means that we have received your order in our system and may or may not have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We then reach out to to the direct manufacturer/supplier to confirm that your product is in stock, and ready for immediate shipment. We will reach out to you if the item is not available or if it is on backorder,which at that time you would have the option to pre-order it if you would like.
If your item is in stock we will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order. Your product most likely will arrive within 7-10 days. Although we strive to fulfill all customer’s orders as fast as possible,if there are any delays that our freight service has encountered we will always reach out to you right away.
We do offer free standard shipping on all orders that are being shipped to the 48 states within the United States of America. We Do Not Ship to Alaska,Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We also Do Not Ship to P.O Boxes,APO & Military Bases. Some destinations that are hard to navigate to may incur an extra charge,but we will always reach out to you prior.
- All heavy items are shipped via freight--delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days.
- Please feel free to reach out if you do not receive the tracking information, since the email may sometimes end up in junk or spam folders.
- Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse. We will immediately inform you if this is the case and obtain your permission to proceed.
Customized items also possess lead times of approximately 2 weeks as they are built to order in the USA. Custom stain/length items may not be canceled once in production.
Free Freight Delivery is Curbside
The default (Free) shipping option is curbside delivery. It's the customer responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please dont hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Upgraded Shipping Options
IF AVAILABLE "Inside Delivery" and "White Glove Delivery" may be available at the checkout process for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping and it's not eligible, we will process the order with FREE "Curbside Delivery" only.
- FREE Curbside Delivery (Customer Unloads): the driver is not obligated to help you remove the item from the truck. Please make sure you have a delivery dock or a liftgate and friends to help you, if you choose this option.
- Curbside Liftgate Delivery: The driver will help you remove the item from the truck and leave it on the ground. It’s your responsibility to take care of the rest.
- Front Door Delivery: The driver is required to remove the item from the truck and put it in front of your door or garage. It’s your responsibility to take care of the rest.
- White Glove Delivery: The driver will move the item into the building and leave it in the room you choose. Assembly service may be included in the price depending on the product. Price of this service may vary depending on many factors, we will contact you to discuss it.
